These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Spray Log mobile application ("App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Spray Log is a tool designed to help users record and track pesticide application activities.

The App allows users to log applications, track products and rates, and maintain personal records of spraying activities.

Spray Log is intended solely as an organizational tool for personal record keeping.

Users are solely responsible for understanding and meeting the pesticide application and record-keeping requirements set by their licensing board, regulatory authority, or governing agency.

Spray Log does not verify, audit, or guarantee compliance with licensing or regulatory requirements.

Any requirements displayed in the app may be based on publicly available information and may not reflect the most current regulations.

Users should always confirm requirements directly with their licensing board or regulatory authority.

Application records and related data entered into the App are stored locally on the user's device.

Spray Log does not store records on its servers.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their device if they wish to preserve this data.

Spray Log may offer subscription-based features.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

Spray Log is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for licensing decisions, regulatory determinations, or any consequences related to pesticide application compliance.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

All content, design, and functionality within the App are the property of Spray Log unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the App without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
